Please read this carefully how to upgrade successfully:
1. U need Olipros HardSPL ver 2 in order to unlock the device. The folder HARD SPL2 .zip is included in this folder so u must unzip that first.this is Hard-SPL, when you load it and the SPL runs, it'll display the 3 colours then ask you to REPLUG your usb cable, please unplug and re-plug and wait a good few seconds and this will disappear.within seconds the device will then become upgraded to Hard-SPL.once that's done, enjoy, you're unlocked.
2. When u are connecting to PC throw activesync then install the hardspl. Run RomUpdatutility.exe it will do the required things. when you load it and the SPL runs, it'll display the 3 colours then ask you to REPLUG your usb cable, please unplug and re-plug and wait a good few seconds and this will disappear.within seconds the device will then become upgraded to Hard-SPL. after completing the upgarde disconnect and then just follow the manual as usual after upgrading a new ROM to a device.
3. Now when upgrading to hardspl is finished then go to bootloader mode to do that push the LOGOFF button (top right) and camera button at the same time and then the reset button (down right) hold 3 seconds it will show the 3 color screen and then release the reset button but not the other two buttons that will bring u to bootloader mode.
4. Now u can see the folder named as RELEASE in RAR folder unrar it and then start upgarding. Run ROM.exe in the folder device must be in bootloader mode before upgarding.

The lite version is NOT stripped bare. For example, it still has help files for apps that are in the rom.
Opera over WiFi works fine. Activesync works over bluetooth. Word, Excel and other apps work fine.
NOTES if you want to try the lite rom:
1. Because WMP is gone, you will need to add your favourite player to play audio.
2. Because IE is gone, you will need to add your favourite browser (opera, minimo, etc.) to open files that were associated to IE. You can also open them with Word - but it's ugly.

Radio ROM is the part of device ROM image that is responsible for any wireless communication.
Radio ROM is the part of device ROM image that is responsible for any wireless communication (f.ex. Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, phone). Upgrading it makes your gps pick up signal faster and voice quality better.
Installation Instructions:
To upgrade your Radio ROM please make sure you applied the Hard-SPL. Never flash your device without Hard-SPL or you might brick it. To find Hard-SPL download links for Trinity check this topic: viewtopic.php?f=174&t=39813
To proceed with upgrading your Radio ROM you need to manually enter Bootloader by pressing the Power button, Camera button and performing a soft reset at the same time. Now you can connect your device with your PC (notice that 'Serial' text displayed in Bootloader changed to 'USB', that means your Trinity discoverd PC connection and is ready to receive data). Just launch the 'ROMUpdateUtility.exe' application on your PC and wait untill it finish the upgrade process (ignore installer messages about setting up a connection - you don't need to do this as you're already in the Bootloader mode, just click 'Next').
Please remember:
- Make sure your battery is at least 50% charged. During the update your device is connected to the PC but it is NOT charging!
- Never disconnect your device or do anything risky on your PC when the upgrade process is running.
- Flashing a Radio ROM takes a while compared to upgrading OS.
- Flashing a Radio ROM does NOT hard-reset your device. All the files stored in your memory are safe, but a backup may come in handy in extreme situations...
I've included five major Radio ROM upgrades (all GPS-enabled), but in fact you should try only the 1.50.08.11 version as it's the most up to date. If you experience any problems with call receptions just reflash to the 1.46.30.11.
The myth saying that when you use the 1.38.00.11 you get the best network coverage has been busted, it's not true.
IMPORTANT
You may experience problems while upgrading Radio with the newest Olipro's Hard-SPL 1.30. After a successful upgrade your device may still be running the previous version of Radio. If so, complete following steps:
- Install Olipro's Hard-SPL 1.20. Yes, the previous version.
- Upgrade your Radio ROM.
- Install Olipro's Hard-SPL 1.30 again. (recommended)
